Definitions:
First world countries: developed, capitalist, industrial countries. North America, Japan and Australia etc.
Second world countries:communist-socialist, industrial states. Russia, Eastern Europe and china etc
Third world countries:often used to roughly describe developing countries of Africa, Asia and Latin America.
Generally people wonder what might be that the third world countries are the third world countries, what might be the factors that affects some countries that they are called underdeveloped countries. Some of the major factors are listed below:
