literacy in developing and under developed countries

There are many developed, developing, and under developed countries we know about. There are people who  haven't got the basic needs required for a average human being in this world. So, for many people it is out of  question and like a dream to be educated. Those who want to be educated, can not reach for schools and colleges because of unavailability of facilities and resources.Though there are being conducted many types of funds, programmes people still can't reach for what they really want. dveloped countries have more than 95% of average literacy rate were as third world countries have hardly reached 50%. different organizations perform literacy day in order to aware their rights for being educated. As far as people know there are being most of the awareness programmes in city areas , how is this going to help if village areas are not  given as preference as the city area. In Nepal we see people doing programmes  related to literacy in city areas but if we were to see the village areas we hardly find those types of programmes and this carries not only in Nepal but all the developing and under developed countries. In the rate everything is going there is being progress but in overall it would be hard to find the progress.
different organizations and governments trying to increase the literacy rates but only this won't help people who want to help must step forward and volunteer in programmes instead of complaining how the constitution is not working properly. If every person comes forward and helps in increasing the literacy rate than very soon even developing countries will have high literacy rate and under developed will have progressing literacy rate . there is some growth in the literacy rate grls are given special scholarships , disabled have been given preferences by the government, organizations. people are coming forward from all over the world to help grow the literacy rate of different countries, but is this enough ? Even those people who are not literate enough need to come forward and realize their rights. Those who want to be educated have to realize their rights and take what they deserve
